Swoople Platform Guidelines and Terms of Use

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the Swoople platform and services. By using Swoople, you agree to comply with this Policy and our Terms of Service. This Policy is designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users creating pre-market property listings.
2.1 Permitted Content
Interior photographs only - Photos must show the interior spaces of the property being listed
Property ownership or authorization - You must own the property or have explicit permission to photograph and list it
Clean, uncluttered spaces - Photos should show rooms in their best condition without personal belongings
Well-lit, clear images - Photos should be properly exposed with natural lighting when possible
2.2 Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
People in photos - No individuals should be visible in any uploaded images
Pets or animals - No animals should be visible in property photos
Personal identifying information - No documents, mail, or items displaying names, addresses, or personal details
Exterior shots - No photos of building exteriors, yards, or outdoor spaces
Inappropriate or offensive content - No content that is sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate
Copyrighted material - No photos containing copyrighted artwork, branded materials, or content you don't own
Misleading or fake content - Photos must accurately represent the actual property being listed
3.1 Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Swoople platform
3.2 Listing Requirements
All property listings must be legitimate and accurately described
Pricing information must be honest and not misleading
Location information must be accurate within reasonable bounds
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Swoople:
4.1 Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices
Creating fake or misleading property listings
Listing properties you don't own or have authorization to sell
Providing false contact information or impersonating others
4.2 Harmful or Illegal Content
Uploading content that violates local, state, or federal laws
Sharing content that promotes discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
Posting threatening, harassing, or abusive content
4.3 Technical Misuse
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
Using automated tools or bots to create listings
Uploading malicious files or code
Do not include personal information of others in your listings or photos
Ensure photos do not capture private information from neighboring properties
Respect the privacy rights of tenants, neighbors, and other parties
Violation Response Process
Swoople reserves the right to review all uploaded content and take appropriate action for policy violations.
6.1 Enforcement Actions
Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating photos or listings
Account Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access
Account Termination: Permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeated violations
Reporting to Authorities: Illegal content may be reported to law enforcement
6.2 Appeals Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team within 30 days of the action.

Contact our support team through the platform
Swoople may update this Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
